Keaz Signals vs Bootleads

Looking for a Bootleads alternative?

Both track millions of ecommerce stores. One of them starts the campaign when something happens.

Pick Keaz Signals if

You sell to Shopify and WooCommerce brands and want the campaign to fire on the event, with the founder's address already in it.

Pick Bootleads if

You need Wix, Magento or BigCommerce too, already have enrichment and sending, and want a portable file.

Two rows where they win, on purpose. Feature and access comparisons only, no prices.

One row in that table usually surprises people, so it is worth being direct about it. We do not offer a CSV download and we do not plan to. Every other tool on this page sells you a file. We move leads into campaigns instead.

The trade is real and it goes both ways. You cannot take the data somewhere else, and that is a genuine limitation if a portable list is what you are buying. In exchange, releasing access market by market actually protects something, and the store you unlock today is still yours in six months without paying for it again.

What Bootleads is good at

Bootleads is the closest thing to us on the market and it is good at what it does. It tracks close to seven million stores across six platforms, roughly three million of them on Shopify and another three million on WooCommerce, plus Wix, PrestaShop, Magento and BigCommerce.

It indexes more than thirty thousand apps, it refreshes popular stores daily, and it pushes straight into Instantly, Smartlead or Apollo.

It also detects Meta ads, which almost no other store database does. If you want a large, cheap, well filtered store list with an ad signal on top, it is a sensible purchase and we would not talk you out of it.

Two things separate us

The first is contacts. Bootleads holds business emails for roughly a quarter of the stores it tracks, and it deliberately leaves the name field empty rather than guessing at a person. That is honest, and we respect it.

It also means three out of four stores in your export are not contactable without buying an enrichment tool on top, and the ones that are contactable are usually an info@ address rather than a founder.

We find founder addresses ourselves, through name combination testing and verification, and we verify them before anything is sent. See what is actually in the database.

The second is what happens after the filter. Bootleads shows you that a store has had ads running in the last thirty days. That is a column in a CSV. To act on it you export, compare against your previous export, work out which stores are new to that list, and load them into a sending tool yourself.

We tell a campaign to start the moment the ads go live, and write the email from that event. One is data about the past month. The other is a message that arrives in the week it matters. More on the signals that trigger campaigns and what each plan includes.

Where Bootleads is the better choice

Bootleads covers six platforms to our two, including Wix, PrestaShop, Magento and BigCommerce. If your targets sit there, they have the better list and we would rather tell you that than sell you a mismatch.

The same applies if you already have a contact enrichment tool and a sending stack you are happy with, and you just need a cheap, well filtered source of store domains. That is what Bootleads is built for and it does it well.

There is a third case. If what you want is a file you own and can move between tools, Bootleads sells that and we do not. Some teams need a portable list, and for them the honest answer is that we are the wrong shape.

Every tool on this page can write with AI. What they write is a template: one script per campaign, with the company name and a few fields dropped in. Ours writes a different email for every store, built from the specific thing that store just did. That is why the reply rates are not comparable.

Frequently asked questions

Is Keaz Signals a Bootleads alternative?

For outbound to Shopify and WooCommerce brands, yes. You get the store, the person, the reason to write and the email in one place instead of exporting and stitching. For breadth across six platforms, Bootleads has the wider list.

Do you have Meta ad detection too?

Yes, and it works differently. Bootleads tells you a store has had ads in the last thirty days. We tell a campaign to start when they go live.

How many stores have a contact?

Bootleads publishes roughly 1.75 million business emails across close to seven million stores. We find founder addresses rather than scraping contact pages, and we verify before sending.

Can I use both?

You can. Some teams keep a broad platform list and use us for the two platforms where they run their actual outbound.

Can I test it before committing?

Yes. Signing up gives you 500 credits to spend inside segments you build yourself, with full filtering across the whole database.
