What the signal means

A product launch is the point where a store has something new to say and a reason to spend on saying it. Photography, video, launch emails, paid support, landing pages: the workload spikes and it usually spikes faster than the team can absorb. It is also one of the few moments where a cold message is genuinely welcome, because it arrives while the topic is already top of mind.

How to use it

Video and creative studios have the cleanest angle: a new product needs assets. Email and retention agencies can pitch the launch sequence. Performance agencies can offer to put budget behind something that already exists. Reference the actual product, not the fact that they launched something. Specificity is what separates this from a template.
